Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27 (as amended), that any person having a claim against or an interest in the property subject to the Trusts of the above-mentioned instrument whereof, Priscilla Mary Frances Frost, of 27 Ditchley Road, Charlbury, Oxford OX3 3QS, and Paul Henry Marsh, of Bells Solicitors, Eagle Chambers, 16-18 Eden Street, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey KT1 1RD, are the present Trustees is hereby required to send the particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Trustees on or before 26th September 1998, after which date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute the Trust property and make any consequental conveyances of any part thereof amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the said Trustees shall then have had notice and the said Trustees will not as respects the Trust property or any part thereof so distributed or conveyed be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
