Notice to all Creditors and others to make their claims against the Trustees

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any interest in or claim against The Centralised Retirement Benefit Scheme for London & Overseas Banks—Yamaichi International (Europe) Limited is hereby required to send particulars of his or her claim in writing, to the Trustees of the Scheme at:   Gissings Trustees Limited, Finsbury House, 23 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7AL.   Such particulars should not be sent later than 2 months after the date of this notice, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they then have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have notice.
