Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JL,on Friday, 21st August 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that they be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
