At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Hacker Young and Partners, St. James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6HT, on 21st July 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Edward Caunce Cook, of Hacker Young and Partners, St. James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6HT, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
