On 20th May 1997, the above-named Company was placed into Creditors’ voluntary liquidation, and Dermot Brendan Coakley, of BDO Stoy Hayward, Connaught House, Alexandra Terrace, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DA, was appointed Liquidator. The Liquidator hereby gives notice, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the Company must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, at the above address, by 31st August 1998, which is the last date for proving claims. The Liquidator also gives notice that he will then make a final distribution to Creditiors within 4 months and that a Creditor who does not make a claim by that date mentioned will not be included in the distribution.
