Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Chantrey Vellacott, Russell Square House, 10-12 Russell Square, London WC1B 5LF, on 28th August 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account presented showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member.
