The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated in the
forenoon of 31st July 1998 to confer the dignity of a Barony of the United Kingdom
for life upon Paul Edward Winston White, Esquire, by the name, style and title of
Baron Hanningfield, of Chelmsford in the County of Essex.
