Mistry & Co., Pride House, Rectory Lane, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7LG, on Friday, 4th September 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of the Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims, laid before them, and for the purpose of appointing a Liquidator and a Liquidation Committee.
