Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, R. M. Withinshaw, the Trustee of the above-named individual, intend paying a Final Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving specified herein. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 26th August 1998, to send in their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, R. M. Withinshaw of Kidsons Impey, Devonshire House, 36 George Street, Manchester M1 4HA, either personally or by representation. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb by reason that he has not participated in it the dividend so declared. R. M.
