Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18th June 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 9th July 1998, I, JACQUELINE PYNE-SMITH, of 6 Kidbrooke Grove, London, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1) formally and absolutely renounce and abandon the surname of Pyne-Gilbert and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Pyne-Smith instead of the surname of Pyne-Gilbert, so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Jacqueline Pyne-Smith exclusively.
