Clarence House, London S.W.1 10th August 1998 Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother has been graciously pleased to appoint Captain William Jonathan de Rouet, Irish Guards, to be an Equerry (Temporary) to Her Majesty in the room of Major Andrew Charles Burrell MacEwan, Irish Guards, who relinquishes the appointment upon completion of his tour of duty.   The appointments to date from 14th August 1998.
