Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 15th September 1998, to send their proof of debt to P. S. Padmore, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Quay, 30 Channel Way, Ocean Village, Southampton SO14 3QG, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend. The First Dividend will be declared no later than 4 months from the last day of proving. P. S.
