Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 595 of the Companies Act 1985, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Cork Gully, at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, on 25th September 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and giving an explanation of it, and determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
