At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 2nd Floor, Gray’s Inn Chambers, Gray’s Inn, London W.C.1., on 12th August 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Graham Henderson, of Henderson & Co., 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
