CITY GROUP SERVICES LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 805 Salisbury House, 31 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5SQ, on 28th August 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, that is to have laid before it a statement as to the affairs of the Company, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators, and, if thought fit, to establish a Liquidation Committee. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Morison Stoneham, Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6JB, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., on the two business days preceding the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person), lodge their proxies at the offices of Morison Stoneham, for the attention of Duncan Robert Beat, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. A proof may be lodged by submitting a written statement of claim clearly setting out the name and address of the Creditor and the amount claimed. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting. The Resolutions taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated.
