Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above Company will be held at Columbia Centre, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1PA, on 25th September 1998 at 10 a.m., to consider and if thought fit to pass the following Resolutions: that the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the Liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.
