Notice of Deposit of Proposals for a Structure Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Warwickshire County Council have prepared proposals for the above plan.   Copies of the Deposit Draft of the Structure Plan are available for public inspection, free of charge, on Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours at the following places: Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall (Market Place Reception), Warwick; Department of Planning, Transport and Economic Strategy, Barrack Street, Warwick;   The Planning Receptions at: North Warwickshire Borough Council, Council Offices, South Street, Atherstone; Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton; Rugby Borough Council, Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby; Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon; and Warwick District Council, 1 Warwick New Road, Leamington Spa.   The documents will also be available for inspection or loan during normal opening hours at Warwickshire libraries, including mobile libraries.   The Deposit Draft of the Plan and accompanying explanatory video are available for purchase from the Department of Planning, Transport and Economic Strategy, Warwickshire County Council, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick CV34 4SX, on payment of a charge.   Representations in respect of the proposals should be made in writing on the representation form or a photocopy of the form (available at the places of Deposit and included within the Deposit Draft of the Structure Plan), and sent to the Planning Strategy Group at the above address by 5 p.m., on 16th October 1998.   Facsimiles or separate letters cannot be accepted. Representations should specify the matters to which they relate, the grounds on which they are made and, if appropriate, the changes which are sought. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the Plan proposals.   Representations received outside the six week period ending at 5 p.m. on 16th October 1998, cannot be considered at an Examination-in-Public. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals   If no objections are received during the period given for the making of representations, the Warwickshire County Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
