Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of B. Mistry & Co., Pride House, Rectory Lane, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7LG, on Friday, 9th October 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
