Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a final dividend to unsecured non preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 28th January 1998. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 28th September 1998, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, N. J. Vooght, of Cork Gully, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR, the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
