GROLSCH (UK) LIMITED (1986) RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT PLAN

Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Grolsch (UK) Limited (1986) Retirement and Death Benefit Plan (“the Plan”) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have any claim, entitlement or interest in the Plan including individuals who for any reason consider that access to the Plan may have been denied to them is required to provide written particulars to Edge & Ellison Trustees Limited, Rutland House, 148 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2JR (reference MJS/PWS/RMG) prior to 15th November 1998.   After this date the Trustees willl distribute the assets of the Plan having regard only to any claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 15th November 1998.
