Notice of Adoption for a Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that on 10th September 1998, Derbyshire Dales District Council adopted these plan proposals with modifications. The Secretary of State was satisfied that the necessary modifications had been made to comply with his direction to the authority to modify the proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the Derbyshire Dales. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 10th September 1998, make application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
