OAKWOOD GROUP PENSION PLAN
Trustee Act 1925—Section 27

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person (incuding any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants) of the Companies participating in the Oakwood Group Pension Plan) having an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Oakwood Group Pension Plan or a claim against the Trustees of the Oakwood Group Pension Plan is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees, whose address is Pinsent Curtis Pension Trustees, 41 Park Square, Leeds LS1 2N, on or before 1st December 1998, after which the date the Trustees will apply the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice.    Note. Any Member of the Oakwood Group Pension Plan who has received correspondence from the Trustees confirming his or her right to a benefit need not notify their interest a the Trustees are already aware of it.
