Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Jennings Johnson, 19 Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1LA, on Wednesday, 21st October 1998, at 11.30 a.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 11.45 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and also of determining the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration and disbursements and also to consider an Extraordinary Resolution that the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators thereof be disposed of, after fifteen months from the date of the Final Meeting.
