Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, One Bridewell Street, Bristol BS1 2AA, on 20th October 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation given by the Liquidator. A form of proxy must be lodged with the Liquidator no later than 12 noon on 19th October 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meetings, together with a completed proof of debt if you have not already lodged one.
