I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in the Liquidation of the above-named Company. If you have reason to believe that you may be a Creditor of the Company but you have not yet proved your debt, you must do so immediately. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at Ernst & Young, Broadwalk House, Southernhay West, Exeter, Devon EX1 1LF, up to 9th October 1998 (“the last date for proving”) qutoing the name of the Company.
