At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Priory, Church Street, Dereham, Norfolk, on Monday, 17th August 1998, at 12.30 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon John Lundy, of Jennings Johnson, 19 Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1LA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
