THE TRICOVILLE GROUP LIMITED

The Liquidator of The Tricoville Group Limited gives notice under the provision of Rule 4.180(2) and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within four months from the last date for submitting claims. Creditors who have not already done so must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Alan Barrett, of PricewaterhouseCoopes, at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 7th October 1998, which is the last day for submitting claims. A Creditor, who does not make a claim by that date, will not be included in the proposed distribution.
