Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Parkin S. Booth & Co., 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, on 20th October 1998, at 2.45 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
