Notice is given under section 70 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, that the area described in the Schedule to this notice has been excluded from Conservation Area 4 Clarence Street.
  A may of the excluded area may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at Planning Services at Kimberley Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester.
