Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by Ian James Boyd and Geoffrey Kenneth Hutchinson, trading as Boyd & Hutchinson, of The Exchange, 136 Streatham High Road, London SW16 1BW, and the Court has ordered that the sending of a sealed copy of the above-mentioned Petition, together with a sealed copy of this Order by first class pre-paid post addressed to the Governor, HM Prison Springhill, shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition upon you on the seventh day after completing such posting.   The Petition will now be heard at this Court at Croydon County Court, The Law Courts, Altyre Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 5AB, on 5th October 1998, at 2 p.m.    Important: If you do not attend at the hearing of the Petition the Court may make a Bankruptcy Order against you in your absence.   The Petition can be inspected by you on application at this Court, whose offices are at the addrdess of Croydon County Court, referred to above. 16th September 1998.
