Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Companies are required to lodge proof of their debt with me at 115 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0QT, on or before 23rd October 1998, which is the last date for proving. It is my intention to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend within the period of four months from the last date for proving and any Creditor who has not lodged a claim by the above date will be excluded from such Dividend. The winding-up of the Companies is a Members voluntary winding-up. The distribution proposed to be made is to be the Final distribution in the winding-up of the above Companies and accordingly the Liquidator may make those distribution without regard to the claim of any debt not already proved.
