At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Hodkin and Company, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull, on 14th September 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Ronald Hodkin, of Hodkin and Company, Elsworth House, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2SW, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
