At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Flat 6, 35 Onslow Gardens, South Kensington, London SW7 3PY, on 31st July 1998, the following Resolutions were passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Tony James Thompson, of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up.” C.
