Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the aforementioned Companies will be held at the offices of C. Jacobs & Co., 66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, on: (a) 20th October 1998, at 2 p.m. for Members, 2.15 p.m. for Creditors; (b) 20th October 1998, at 2.30 p.m. for Members, 2.45 p.m. for Creditors; (c) 20th October 1998, at 3 p.m. for Members, 3.15 p.m. for Creditors; (d) 20th October 1998, at 3.30 p.m. for Members, 3.45 p.m. for Creditors; and (e) 21st October 1998, at 10 a.m. for Members, 10.15 a.m. for Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account showing how the windings-up have been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining when the books and records of the Companies shall be disposed of. Proxies for use at a Meeting should be lodged with the Liquidator at 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, not later than 12 noon, on the working day prior to the date of the respective Meeting. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at a Meeting is entitled to appoint another person or Creditor as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor of the Companies.
