Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of Members and the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Richard Long and Co., 381-383 City Road, London EC1V 1NA, on Wednesday, 4th November 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted, and the Company’s property disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above not later than 12 noon, on Tuesday, 3rd November 1998.
