Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Ashdown House, 125 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1DQ, on 30th October 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Ashdown House, 125 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1DQ, by not later than 12 noon on 29th October 1998. B. A.
