Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, on Wednesday, 28th October 1998 at 10.30 a.m. and 10.35 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. and 11.05 a.m., by Annual and Final Meetings of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the respective Meetings may appoint another person to attend and vote in his or her place.
