Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the Civic Offices, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey SM1 1EA, on Friday, 30th October 1998, at 11.30 a.m., to be followed at 11.45 a.m. by a Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
