Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals for a Local Plan

Castle Point Borough Council Local Plan

The Local Inquiry into these plan proposals has been held and the report of the person holding the Inquiry has been considered by the Castle Point Borough Council.   The Castle Point Borough Council plan to adopt these proposals with modifications.   The following documents are available for inspection at the Council Offices, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex SS7 1TF, Mondays to Thursdays, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Fridays, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.   Copies of the Plan proposals: The report of the person who held the Inquiry; The Authority’s statement of reasons and decision in the light of the report; and The Authority’s statement of reasons and decisions as respects objections to modifications to the Plan proposals.   Castle Point Borough Council will adopt the proposals after 30th October 1998.
