Meetings of the Contributories and of the Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, for the purpose of having laid before them, the Liquidator’s account of receipts and payments and his report of the conduct of the administration. This Meeting will be held at the Institute of Directors, Business Centre, Brunel Room, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED, on Thursday, 5th November 1998, at 2.20 p.m. and 2.25 p.m. respectively. S.
