I, Robert Hunter Kelly, of Ernst & Young, Cloth Hall Court, PO Box 61, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, hereby give notice that I have been appointed as Trustee in the estate of the above-named Bankrupt.   All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.   Creditors who have noy yet proved their debts must forward their proof of debt to me.
