Notice of Deposit of Proposals for a Local Plan

Notice of additional suggested change to the Bolsover District Local Plan, Deposit Draft, concerning the South Shirebrook Development.
Notice is hereby given that Bolsover District Council have decided to suggest an additional change to the local plan, which was considered at the Local Plan Committee on 16th September 1998. This additional change will be published for a four week consultation period beginning on Wednesday, 7th October 1998, and ending at 4.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 4th November 1998.
  Copies of the Additional Suggested Change (South Shirebrook) document are available for public inspection or purchase (cost £3) at the formal deposit points on the days and times listed below:

  The Additional Suggested Change document will also be available for inspection only at libraries throughout the district.
  If you wish to submit counter-objections about this change please use the representation forms which are available at the above deposit points, and send them to G. J. Clarke, Planning Services Manager, Bolsover District Council, Sherwood Lodge, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S44 6NF, before 4.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 4th November 1998. Representations made about this Additional Suggested Change will be forwarded for consideration by the Planning Inspector, and, if necessary, the Local Plan Inquiry will be reconvened on 15th December 1998.
