Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
F. J. REED TAYLOR & COMPANY LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
The sole Trustee of the above Scheme gives notice, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is being wound up. Beneficiaries, Creditors, and anyone else claiming a benefit under the Scheme, should make their claims in writing to the address below, not later than 3 months from 19th October 1998. After that date, the Scheme’s assets will be distributed among the persons known to the Trustee to have entitlements under the Scheme. The Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date which was not evident from the Scheme records. If you are a former employee, part-time or otherwise, of one of the following Companies, who believes that he or she should have been admitted to membership of the Scheme, or any dependant of such a person: F. J. Reed Taylor & Company Limited; Billiter Secretarial Services Limited; you should notify the Trustee of any claim, with details of hours worked, pay slips and the date the employment ceased.
