Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.138 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, and pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ernst & Young, Apex Plaza, Reading RG1 1YE, on 17th November 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator to determine whether he should have his release from office.
