Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Companies will be held at Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1LD, on 11th November 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-ups have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of, and also to authorise the Joint Liquidators to take their release. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidator at Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1LD, no later than 12 noon on the preceding working day. B. J.
