The Liquidator of the above Company gives notice under the provision of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a dividend payment on or before 14th January 1999. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Jonathan Guy Anthony Phillips, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 14th November 1998, which is the last day for submitting claims.
