HENDY AND HILL PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from or interest in the above-named Scheme which commenced winding-up on 30th June 1985, whether by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with Hendy and Hill Ltd, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 31st December 1998, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to PAN Trustee Services Ltd, 77-81 Bell Street, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7AN, marked “For the attention of A. Holt Esq” (acting for the Trustee of the Scheme). The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice at 31st December 1998, and will not be liable to any other person.
