Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26th June 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5th August 1998, MARGARET MARY GALLIGAN, of 15 Allgood Close, Morden, Surrey SM4 4PA, as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Kieran Michael Galligan, a child, single and a British citizen by virtuue of Section 1(1) British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Tierney Galligan and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Galligan.
