Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 31st July 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6th August 1998: (1) Charles Wesley Kafero-Babumba; (2) Joselyn Ruvuza-Ninah Kafero-Babumba; (3) Arnold Bernard Mulwanyi Kafero-Babumba; (4) Belinda Chanel Nagawa Kafero-Babumba; and (5) Crystal Heloise Kirungi Kafero-Babumba. (1) and (2) are, by virtue of section 37 and section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, a married couple and (3), (4), and (5) are their offspring and they are all British citizens abandoned the surname of Kafero Babumba, and assumed the surname of Kafero-Babumba. 31st July 1998.
