Notice is hereby given that I, JENNIFER ANNE TOWER, of Moorview, Leigh Road, Chulmleigh, in the county of Devon EX18 7BL, formerly called and known by the name of Jennifer Anne Fancett, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, give public notice that on 21st October 1997 I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my surname of Fancett and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Tower and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 21st October 1997 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrollment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature.
